SHINS GULF PALACE CONTRACT TERMINATION

30 Oct. \’08 - Ajman, UAE - SHINS Gulf Palace Contract was terminated by the GULF MARKETING CONSULTANTS, AJMAN on 22nd of July 2008. This announcement was released by ABH PROPERTIES, office of HH SHEIKH HUMAID BIN RASHID AL NUAIMI. ABH Properties released a letter to all SHINS customers about the investment security with regards to the purchase of property from SHINS and stated that, “ABH Properties, as the Master Plan developers of the Park View development in Ajman would like to inform you of the following arrangements in respect to your purchase of property in the Plots T38, T39, T41 or T42, otherwise known as the Gulf Palace. The Gulf Palace is a building being developed by the Gulf Marketing Consultants (GMC). GMC appointed SHINS as their lead sales agent from the beginning of this development up until 22nd July 2008. From this day forward, SHINS is no longer involved with the development and as such, you should make no installment payments to or through them. All development, payment or other queries should now be made to GMC using the contacts given below. This alteration does not affect your original purchase contract as they will be honored by GMC as long as payment are made into the development escrow trust account as per your contract with SHINS.”

I. Your investment in the GMC development Gulf Palace is secure if you continue to keep up your payments in to the development escrow account.
2. SHINS is no longer involved in this development.
3. GMC shall be your point of contact for all enquiries.
4. All payment should be made to the development escrow account as per the attached proforma.
