IDGC of Centre, JSC Subsidiaries Sum up Nine-Month Work on Grid Services Complex Performance

On 15-16 October a meeting of deputy directors for development and performance of grid services of JSC IDGC of Centre subsidiaries took place in Moscow. Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC Vadim Fyodorov took part in the meeting.
The meeting participants reported on the performance of industrial indicators for nine months of the current year, discussed some issues on IDGC of Centre core business activities and also made their predictions of the 2008 plan performance.
The issues of the round-table discussion concerned performance of functions of electric power transportation, marketing activity of the company, organisation of technological connection and organisation of the company’s customer complex service system.
The round-table work allowed to reveal and discuss the problems typical for many subsidiaries. Here are some of them: reception from consumers of services of the declared capacity amount at each connection point, coordination with consumers of services of the declared capacity amount change in the current regulation period, organisation of the declared capacity amount control, settlement of contractual mutual relations in the “cauldron”, definition of the uniform principle of formation of the volume of electric power transfer to the population under the legislation in force, etc.
The participants paid a lot of attention to the technological connection issues for a consumer in each separate case, cooperation with the Federal Grid Company (JSC FGC) for small and medium enterprise, etc. The round-table work allowed to detect a number of problems concerning organisation of the customer service.
According to the results of the meeting of deputy directors for development and performance of grid services of IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiaries, the subsidiaries made their own proposals on the improvement of the quality of the made work, analysed all asked questions and critics in the work of each power system and prepared corresponding solutions and recommendations.
